Thanks mate!
I owe it to you, you put us on the water that was holding the fish! We had that spot all to ourselves the first day, the second day there was a couple boats within a few miles of us, the the last day the whole fleet was on us. We dropped another Marlin at 3:30pm. Then Pescadora and Family & Friends got a Marlin in the last 20 mins, bloody pricks.
All good though, we did well. Love your work mate, look forward to more of it in the near future.
Thanks heaps

Villamora Tournament Portugal 2011 Winners
I would like to thank Paul Crichton from OceanSST for all his help.
Josh and I left Mexico for Portugal and after 24 hours of travelling, jet lagged and then realized all our bags had gone missing with all our Lures, equipment, tags lines etc and to make matter worse the weather was not good leading up to the tournament, luckily our gear turned up the evening before the tournament and we managed to get a half day of fishing and get use to the old boat again. With our preparations not exactly going smoothly Pauls info and SST charts were enough to give us some confidence.
After day one we were placed first equal with one release then on the morning of the second day we nailed a nice Blue around 275kgs to take out the Villamoura White and Blue marlin tournament.
Thanks Paul for all your help, the fishing was slow and water patchily you kept us in the good water to get the only Blue of the tournament, cheers.
We have been invited to go and fish in the Azores for the next few days and then get back and prepare for our last and bigger tournament in Portimoa, Portugal.
The fishing here is amazing, big blues averaging 250kg’s plus and a lot of White Marlin to fill in time between the Blues, local are saying the bite is slow at the moment so hopefully it goes off next week on our return and very keen to see some more Blues.
Everyone has been so helpful here and to get invited to fish in the Azores is just amazing and a real high light of the trip so far.
Over the next few weeks we will post some photos then it is back to Mexico to prepare for Cabo San Lucas.
Cheers from Portugal

Congratulations to Captain Mike Hennessy and the Team Rehab
Team Rehab came together in 2010 for the XXX Million$ Bisbee Black and Blue Jackpot Tournament supported by a great team of anglers and technical support from new circle hooks, digital SST charts, and great terminal tackle. The most rewarding tournament win of our careers was coming together.
We managed to boat a 560# black marlin the first day taking the $1,000 daily jackpot worth over $74,000 and second biggest fish for the day. Day 2 was a blank for most of the 103 boats except for the Dream Weaver with their 484 and their share of the jackpot. Day 3 we got a fresh report from Paul at Ocean SST and decided to leave the fleet and sit right at the starting line and live bait right out the front door which paid off with a 347# black marlin worth over $170,000 and the only fish that made weight for the day, taking home the daily jackpots and the winning fish for the XXX Bisbee Jackpot. What an honor to win the Bisbee Black and Blue Jackpot!!
Both fish ate live baits rigged on the new 20/0 Super Charley Brown circle hooks by Quickrig the most amazing circle hooks for big marlin made today crimped to #300 Seaguar Fluorocarbon leader. On the new FinNor rods we had #130 Momoi Diamond top-shot to 130# Jerry Brown Spectra a deadly combination to say the least.
Thanks to John Stonecipher owner of Rehab, Paul at OceanSST, Howard at Quickrig, Ray at FinNor, Andy at Moyes Lures and all the Marlinnuts that share their knowledge on the high seas.
